Safety
Features
All of
our residential elevators are equipped with the following
safety features:
- Slack
cable instant safeties with slack cable switch to
open electrical circuit
- Hoistway
door interlocks prevent elevator operation with
hoistway door open and prevents door from being
opened unless the elevator is present
- Cab
gate switch to prevent operation with gate open
- Emergency
battery back-up in case of power failure. Elevator
will safely lower to the next lowest level shoud
the power be disconnected or turned off for any
reason
- Emergency
alarm bell connected to the stop button
- Unit
body valve with built in check and high pressure
relief
