The L.U.L.A. Elevator
A L.U.L.A. (Limited Use/Limited Application) Elevator is an economical alternative to commercial elevators.  The L.U.L.A. is the perfect answer for low rise condominiums, office buildings, schools, and libraries where a commercial elevator is not possible due to cost, size or building restrictions.

Whether you are designing a new building or upgrading an existing building, Regional Elevator's L.U.L.A. Elevator is completely pre-engineered to meet your requirements. Installation time (average of one week) is minimized through the use of pre-wiring and labor saving assembly and installation techniques.
