Regional Elevator, Inc. is a local, established company founded in 1987 by Robert G. Schimansky.  With over thirty years experience in the elevator industry, he offers honesty, quality workmanship, and dependability.

Regional Elevator, Inc. is licensed and certified to construct, install, inspect, maintain, mondernize, or repair any elevator in the State of Florida.  We are also licensed by the Lee County Natural Resource Department for drilling work related to hydraulic elevator installation.  Regional Elevator, Inc. is a manufacturer of UL Labeled elevator controls.   At our manfuacturing facility in Cape Coral, we have the equipment and personnel to manufacture and maintain all types of elevators.

We have built a reputation on dependability and excellence in the elevator industry.  Our workforce is highly trained and are continually educated in new technology as it becomes available.  Regional Elevator, Inc. is a member of The Florida Elevator Association, The National Association of Elevator Contractors and National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities.
